What exactly arrives?
One carton, unopened, with the Uzbekistan market lettering on the box. Inside it: ten sealed packs of twenty sticks. Nothing is repacked, nothing is bundled loose, and we do not open cartons to make up quantities.
How to check what you got
The outer wrap should be intact, the pack count should read ten, and the market lettering on the carton should match what you ordered. If any of those three is wrong, message +971 52 590 5493 before opening anything further and we will replace it.
Price
125 AED — 0.63 AED per stick across the 200. Yellow comes from five markets: this one and Kazakhstan at 125, Switzerland at 160, Japan at 210 and Italy at 230. The full TEREA range shows every origin currently live, and the BLENDS range covers the BONDS side of the catalogue.
What if the carton is damaged on arrival?
Tell the driver and message us the same day on +971 52 590 5493. We replace damaged cartons.
Do you guarantee the market origin?
You can read it off the carton yourself — that is the point of shipping it sealed. What is printed on the box is what we sold you.
Can I order several different names in one delivery?
Yes, and mixing is the usual way people clear the 299 AED free-delivery line. Three Central Asian cartons is 375 AED.
Sold to adults 21 and over who already use an IQOS ILUMA device.
