The Italian range and its two tiers

Italy is the only market on the site with two carton prices. The lower tier holds Amber, Silver, Sienna, Turquoise Menthol and Purple Wave Menthol; the upper tier holds Bronze, Teak, Yellow and the three Menthol Pearls, Oasis Pearl Menthol, Sun Pearl Menthol and Twilight Pearl Menthol. The split follows what each carton costs us at source, nothing more, and every product page states which tier the carton is in so there are no surprises at checkout. Pack text is Italian with the Italian warning panel; cartons are sealed at ten packs of twenty sticks.

A naming note that trips people up: the Italian range writes the word Menthol on the pack. Turquoise Menthol Italy is the same name family as Turquoise from Switzerland or Kazakhstan, and Sun Pearl Menthol Italy belongs with the Sun Pearl cartons from Japan, Indonesia and Central Asia. The name pages treat them together.

Why buy the Italian carton

For the Pearls. In our range the only European Pearls are Italian, and Twilight Pearl in particular is otherwise a Central Asian name. For everything else on this page there is a cheaper version from another market, and we would rather you knew that: Amber, Silver, Sienna, Bronze, Teak, Yellow, Turquoise and Purple Wave each have a name page with the Italian carton listed next to the alternatives.

Where Italy sits on price

200 to 230 AED makes Italy the top of the ladder, above Japan on its upper tier and just under it on the lower tier. Because a single Italian carton sits under the free-delivery line and two clear it, most Italian orders are pairs. Each carton is factory sealed and holds ten packs of twenty sticks, 200 sticks in total; the per-stick figure on this page is simply the carton price divided by 200.

The eleven cartons, cheapest first

TEREA is the stick for IQOS ILUMA. Any ILUMA model takes any TEREA carton regardless of the market it was produced for, so the choice between the i ONE, the i and the i PRIME is about the device, not the sticks. The one thing TEREA will not do is fit a BONDS device; BONDS uses BLENDS.

Free delivery on orders over 299 AED; below that, delivery is a flat 30 AED. Riders run from 6 AM to midnight, seven days a week: one to two hours across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and within twenty-four hours to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Pay online at checkout or in cash when the rider arrives. Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp before it is dispatched, so you know it is on its way before anyone leaves the door.

Is Turquoise Menthol Italy the same as Turquoise Switzerland?

Same name family, produced for different markets. Italy prints Menthol on the pack; the Turquoise name page lists both with their prices.
