TEREA Japan

What the Japanese range is

Japan is where ILUMA and TEREA were launched first, and the Japanese range still reads differently from every other market we stock. Instead of the Amber, Silver and Yellow names you see on the European and Central Asian packs, the Japanese cartons are named by line. The Regular line is six cartons: Regular, Balanced Regular, Rich Regular, Smooth Regular, Warm Regular and Ruby Regular. The Menthol line is the largest group of names on this page: Menthol, Mint, Bright Menthol, Black Menthol, Purple Menthol, Yellow Menthol, Black Purple Menthol, Tropical Menthol and Fusion Menthol. Sun Pearl and Oasis Pearl complete the range as the two capsule cartons.

Every pack carries Japanese text and the Japanese warning panel. The cartons are sealed at ten packs of twenty sticks, and all of them sit on one price in our range, so within the Japanese page the choice is purely about the name.

Where Japan sits in the price ladder

The Japanese carton is one of the higher bands we stock: 210 AED against 120 AED for Indonesia and 125 AED for Kazakhstan. You are paying for names that exist nowhere else in our range: the Regular line and the Japanese menthols only come from Japan. Where a name is produced elsewhere too, the name page shows the alternatives; Sun Pearl and Oasis Pearl both have them. The price guide lays the whole ladder out with the per-stick cost. Each carton is factory sealed and holds ten packs of twenty sticks, 200 sticks in total; the per-stick figure on this page is simply the carton price divided by 200.

Japanese names that are also produced elsewhere

Sun Pearl and Oasis Pearl are the two Japanese cartons with counterparts in other markets, and Yellow Menthol shares its name with the non-menthol Yellow from Europe and Central Asia. Everything else on this page is Japan-only in our stock.

Compatibility is simple: TEREA goes in ILUMA. That covers the current ILUMA i range and the earlier ILUMA, ILUMA ONE and ILUMA PRIME. If you own a BONDS device you need BLENDS instead, and if you still have an older blade-type IQOS, it is built for HEETS rather than TEREA.
