How delivery to Downtown Dubai works
Order on the site or message us on WhatsApp +971 52 590 5493. We confirm stock and your address on WhatsApp, and a rider leaves; in Downtown Dubai that puts the order in your hands within one to two hours, any time between 6 AM and midnight. Pay online at checkout, or hand the rider cash at the door. Tell us when we confirm whether the rider should hand over at reception or meet you at the door.
Downtown Dubai in practice
Downtown is high-rise residential and hotel territory around Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Opera district, so nearly every handover happens at a tower reception or a hotel lobby. Tower names repeat across the Burj Khalifa, Old Town and South Ridge clusters, so the building name plus the street or the nearest landmark saves the rider a loop. Boulevard traffic is slow in the evening; the one-to-two-hour window already allows for it.
