How delivery to Business Bay works
Order on the site or message us on WhatsApp +971 52 590 5493. We confirm stock and your address on WhatsApp, and a rider leaves; in Business Bay that puts the order in your hands within one to two hours, any time between 6 AM and midnight. Pay online at checkout, or hand the rider cash at the door. Tell us when we confirm whether the rider should hand over at reception or meet you at the door.
Business Bay in practice
Business Bay is a grid of office and residential towers along the canal, and a large share of orders here are to offices during the working day. Give the tower, the floor and a desk phone or your mobile: receptions in this area often hold deliveries and call up rather than let riders through. Evening deliveries to the residential towers on the Marasi Drive and Al Abraj Street sides go to the lobby desk.
