How delivery to Palm Jumeirah works
Order on the site or message us on WhatsApp +971 52 590 5493. We confirm stock and your address on WhatsApp, and a rider leaves; in Palm Jumeirah that puts the order in your hands within one to two hours, any time between 6 AM and midnight. Pay online at checkout, or hand the rider cash at the door. Tell us when we confirm whether the rider should hand over at reception or meet you at the door.
Palm Jumeirah in practice
The Palm has three delivery situations: the Shoreline and Golden Mile apartment buildings on the trunk, the frond villas (each frond is a lettered dead-end road), and the hotels around the crescent. For a frond villa give the frond letter and villa number; for Shoreline give the building number. Crescent hotels take delivery at the front desk. The monorail and the tunnel to the crescent add a few minutes, all inside the window.
