How delivery to Al Karama works
Order on the site or message us on WhatsApp +971 52 590 5493. We confirm stock and your address on WhatsApp, and a rider leaves; in Al Karama that puts the order in your hands within one to two hours, any time between 6 AM and midnight. Pay online at checkout, or hand the rider cash at the door. Tell us when we confirm whether the rider should hand over at reception or meet you at the door.
Al Karama in practice
Karama is a compact grid of mid-rise apartment blocks with shops underneath, bounded by Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Street and Oud Metha. Block numbers and the shop on the ground floor are how addresses work here, and most residents meet the rider at the building door. It sits close to the centre of Dubai, between the creek and Sheikh Zayed Road.
