Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in practice
JVC is a circular district of mid-rise apartment buildings and townhouse rows arranged in numbered districts, with construction still active in parts. Buildings are known by name and the district number helps; streets loop, so the rider will phone if a road is closed. Most handovers are at the building entrance; townhouse residents meet at the door.
