Coming from an older IQOS
The one thing to know before upgrading is that ILUMA takes TEREA, not HEETS. If you have HEETS left over from an earlier device they will not work here. That catches people out often enough to be worth stating plainly rather than leaving in a spec sheet.
Questions
Will my HEETS work in an ILUMA?
No. ILUMA takes TEREA.
Do I need to clean an ILUMA like an older device?
Cleaning requirements differ; the manual covers it.
Can I trade in an old device?
We do not run a trade-in.
