A 110 AED spread on one name
Bronze comes from three markets and the gap between the ends is the widest we carry, tied with Sun Pearl and Oasis Pearl at 110 AED a carton.

Which end should I buy?
We are not going to answer that for you, because the only differences we can verify are price, market and what is printed on the box. If the market pack does not matter to you, the arithmetic points one way and we have put it in front of you rather than behind a login.
What do you get for the extra 110 AED?
A carton produced for a different market. Not more sticks, not a different device fit.
Is the Swiss one a middle option?
By price, yes, though not an even split: 40 AED above the Indonesian carton and 70 below the Italian one.
