How do I pay?
On delivery, in cash or by card. Nothing is taken before the carton is in your hand. That is deliberate: an order is confirmed by a message, not by a payment, so there is nothing to refund if we cannot supply what you asked for.
How an order runs
Add the carton here or message +971 52 590 5493 with the name and quantity. We reply with the total and the delivery window. If something is out of stock we say so at that point rather than substituting. Then it is one to two hours in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, or twelve to twenty-four hours to the other emirates.
What the total will be
125 AED for this carton — ten packs of twenty, 200 sticks, 0.63 each. Free delivery over 299 AED; below that, delivery is a flat 30 AED and is quoted to you before you commit. Turquoise is also produced for Uzbekistan at 125, Switzerland at 160 and Italy at 200, where it is printed as Turquoise Menthol.
Do you take payment in advance?
No. Cash or card on delivery only.
Can I change my order after messaging?
Yes, until it is dispatched. Message the same number.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. A single carton is fine.
Sold to adults 21 and over who already use an IQOS ILUMA device.
