Why does origin availability change?
Because we buy across markets rather than from a single channel. That is what lets us list the same name at four prices, and it is also why a specific origin can be live one week and gone the next. The listing status on this page is what we hold — if it says in stock, it is in stock.
What if the Uzbekistan carton runs out?
Green Zing is also produced for Kazakhstan and we price that carton at 125 AED as well. Where a name exists in more than one market, the substitute is usually the same price rather than a step up. If nothing equivalent is available we say so rather than swapping something else into your order.

Will you substitute a different origin without asking?
No. If what you ordered is not available we message you on +971 52 590 5493 and you decide.
Can I reserve stock?
Message us and we will tell you honestly what is on the shelf. We do not take payment for something we cannot deliver that day.
How late can I order?
Midnight. We start again at 6 AM. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman are one to two hours; the other emirates are twelve to twenty-four.
